Professional profiles sought in Costa Rica
Our main activity at Global Exchange is providing foreign currency exchange. In Costa Rica we are present at the International Airports of Juan Santamaría, in Alajuela, and Daniel Oduber, in Liberia. We are seeking three types of professionals suited for currency exchange transactions:
1 On-site Managers
On-site Managers are responsible for a group of branches within one Workplace (usually an international airport or a terminal). They are senior managers with experience in the management of business units, complex teams and the best disposition to serve our Customers.
We seek university graduates with postgraduate training; serious, responsible people able to work with specific goals, accountable and full of initiative. They must have a five-year experience at least coordinating teams and an excellent disposition for customer service.
The supervisor is a key player at branches at the airport. For this profile we seek higher graduates (in business administration, tourism, marketing or engineering) able to coordinate and encourage teams to achieve their goals daily.
3 Customer Service Representatives
Customer Service Representatives are the most important employees in our company. At the counters in all of our branches they welcome our Customers, advising them on their travel money needs and conducting the transaction as quick as possible. We seek people with good personal appearance, language skills, the will and the ability to learn, empathy and a total disposition to serve our final Customers, people travelling for tourism or business.
